Hi Curling Members!
We have been busy getting ready for the upcoming 2023-2024 curling season and we are thrilled to introduce you to a game-changer in our curling community. Curling I/O, our brand-new to us online registration experience, making it easier than ever to join the club.
What is Curling I/O? Curling I/O Is your one-stop-shop for all things registration. It’s an intuitive online platform designed specifically for out curling community. You can create an account, register for events, and make payments, all from the comfort of your home or wherever you have an internet connection. You will be guaranteed secure payments as your information is securely processed, giving peace of mind while making transactions.
How to Get Started.
Getting started with Curling I/O is a breeze. Here are some step-by-step instructions to create your account and register for a league.
Step 1: Account Creation
1. Visit our website at https://www.yorktoncurlingclub.ca/our-leagues or our Curling I/O link at https://yorkton.curling.io/en/leagues
2. Click on the “Login” button at the top right hand corner
3. You can either enter your email address or login in with Gmail if you have a Gmail email.
4. You will see a “Login link sent” page appear. You can either enter the Token from the email or click the link from the email Curling I/O sent you
5. You will need to create a curling profile before you can complete any purchases on the system. *Note – if you’ve used this system before you can select an existing curling profile.* Moving forward you will not need to do this step every year – the system will r remember you.
a. You’re also able to create your Curling I/O profile to include your junior curlers. When selecting “information required” you would select your junior curlers profile to the league.
6. Select “Save and continue” when you are done filling out all fields
7. You will be asked to review a waiver and indicate “I agree” at the bottom. Then select "Submit”
Step 2: Register for Leagues
1. Once logged in, you can browse the available leagues
2. Click on the league you want to register for and click “Add to cart”
3. You will select “information required” and select the curler profile that will be registering for the league. *Note- Curling I/O will automatically apply any discounts that you are eligible for*
4. Once you agree to the terms and conditions, you will be prompted to enter your team’s
skip's name.
5. Click “Save and continue” to go back to your cart.
6. *Note your Curl Sask fee and Curling Canada fee are broken out from the league fee. This is a one-time fee and only applied once for the year regardless of how many leagues you register in.
7. You also have the opportunity to add your locker fee to your cart before checkout.
8. Select “Credit/Debit” when you have everything in your cart.
9. Enter your Credit/Debit information and select Pay!
And that’s it!
You’re officially registered for your chosen league, and your payment is securely processed.
